Employee Inventory Accounting (f/m/d)

What you can expect:

  • You will be responsible for posting incoming and outgoing goods and ensuring accurate inventory accounting.
  • You will maintain and monitor inventory levels in the ERP system and keep track of everything at all times.
  • You will carry out inventory reconciliations and inventory checks and clarify discrepancies independently.
  • You will check and control incoming invoices.
  • You will coordinate the monthly inventories and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • You will ensure the correct handling of goods movements – both nationally and internationally. 🌍

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed commercial training.
  • Professional experience in (inventory) accounting.
  • Confident use of MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • A structured, caref and reliable way of working.
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaboration. 🚀
