We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time team member to join our team in Coesfeld.
What you can expect:
- You will be responsible for posting incoming and outgoing goods and ensuring accurate inventory accounting.
- You will maintain and monitor inventory levels in the ERP system and keep track of everything at all times.
- You will carry out inventory reconciliations and inventory checks and clarify discrepancies independently.
- You will check and control incoming invoices.
- You will coordinate the monthly inventories and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- You will ensure the correct handling of goods movements – both nationally and internationally.
What you bring to the table:
- Completed commercial training.
- Professional experience in (inventory) accounting.
- Confident use of MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- A structured, careful and reliable way of working.
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaboration.
